NutriOn Data Deletion & Privacy Controls
Use this page to delete your NutriOn account, request help if you cannot access the app, and understand what happens to account-linked personal data after deletion.

Delete in the NutriOn app
Recommended path
- 1Open the NutriOn app.
- 2Go to the Settings page.
- 3Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
- 4Tap Delete Account.
- 5Review the confirmation prompts and confirm deletion.
Need help without app access?
For deleted apps or sign-in issues
If you cannot access NutriOn, send us a deletion request from the email address associated with your account or include enough information for us to verify ownership.

What NutriOn deletes
Processing and confirmation
App deletion requests are processed through NutriOn's authenticated account deletion flow. The app signs you out after a successful deletion.
Email requests require account ownership verification. We will reply after reviewing the request and complete deletion or anonymization within a reasonable period.
Retention boundaries
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Where appropriate, retained records are deleted, anonymized, or separated from active account use.
Subscriptions and external platforms
Deleting your NutriOn account does not delete your Apple, Google, Meta, or other third-party platform account. If you have an Apple subscription, manage or cancel it through Apple Subscriptions.
